We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, the property addresses you search, and details you enter when requesting a report. We also collect limited usage data to operate and improve the service.

We use your information to generate reports, provide access to your purchases, respond to requests, and improve the service. Property details you enter are used to assemble the corresponding municipal report.

Payments are processed by our payments partner, Whop. RentalReady does not store your full payment card details. Whop’s handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service, such as our payments and hosting partners, or when required by law.

We retain report and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account information by contacting us.
