RentalReady provides informational due-diligence reports that organize publicly available municipal records and requirements. Reports are informational only and are subject to the limitations described in our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Reports are purchased on a per-report basis. Payments are processed by our payments partner, Whop. By purchasing, you also agree to any applicable terms presented at checkout. Prices are shown before purchase and may change over time.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, resell reports without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Reports are provided for your own due-diligence use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentalReady is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any report. Reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
